We started in Ft Washington Maryland serving Ribs, Chicken and N.C. Pork BBQ on the side of the road. It was a great Success!! Customers came from all over to taste the ribs and that special "shack" seasoning. We continued for a couple of years, until a building was specifically built to grill ribs indoors on a wood burning grill. Our success for over 10 years would not have been without our Loyal Customers.
