Where we Started

We started in Ft Washington Maryland serving Ribs, Chicken and N.C. Pork BBQ on the side of the road. It was a great Success!!

Serving the tastiest ribs around

Located in
the heart
of the city

Customers came from all over to taste the ribs and that special "shack" seasoning.

 

We continued for a couple of years, until a building was specifically built to grill ribs indoors on a wood burning grill. Our success for over 20 years would not have been without our Loyal Customers.
